The Referral Unit Market

This is the new innovation of All 4 One World; no other program on the internet can offer its members anything like this. If you go out and promote the program not only can you get your own units qualified you can make extra money selling the qualifying power of the units you don’t need that your referrals buy.
You could be earning hundreds of Euro per month just by promoting the program.

Let's us give you a quick tour of the Referral Unit Market:

When you get an upgraded referral, that referral has bought a unit in the Qualifying level (Phase 1)
of All 4 One World.

What you will be able to do is sell the qualifying power of that unit to other members of All 4 One World who need units under them to qualify their own units they have in the Qualifying level (Phase 1), you are not selling the actual referral.

The referral will stay with you for as long as you are a member of All 4 One World. And count towards any referral competitions.

Example 1:
When your referral buys 1 unit in the Qualifying level (Phase 1):
If YOU have units in the Qualifying level (Phase 1) and you already have 1 other Referral Unit in your referral bank then the system will automatically qualify 1 of your Qualifying level (Phase 1) units.
If not them you can sell the qualifying power of that unit in the Referral Unit Market.

Example 2:
If your referral bought 2 units in the Qualifying level (Phase 1):
If YOU have units in Phase 1 the system will automatically qualify 1 of your Qualifying level (Phase 1) units.
If not them you can sell the qualifying power of those units in the Referral Unit Market.

Example 3:
If your referral bought 3 units in the Qualifying level (Phase 1):
If YOU have units in the Qualifying level (Phase 1) the system will automatically qualify 1 of your Qualifying level (Phase 1) units.
Any units not used will be added to your referral bank.
You can sell the qualifying power of Units that have not been used to qualify your Qualifying level (Phase 1) units in the Referral Unit Market.

Dividend Pool - The "backbone" of All 4 One World.

The dividend is what makes All 4 One World stand out!

Each qualified Unit counts as one part in the Dividend Payout.
Dividends come from Dividend Units cycling out of Phase 4.

The Dividend Units "belongs" to all members.

The main interest during "Brainstorming" was to find a way not to favour "The Chosen Few" which is mostly the same people appearing every time a new company launches. It is always "those famous networking guru's" that get Top positions just because of their name.

Therefore we decided to make Dividend Units in the top of each Phase before launch.

The Units that cycle out of Phase 4 at the start of the company are therefore belonging to all members. This makes it fair play for all.

When they cycle 25% of the money goes into a "Buffer Pool"
the other 75% goes to the Dividend Pool.

Normal Units:

Dividends are paid out 4 times a year.
They are paid to all Units in Phase 2 and 3, except cycled Units.
